Welcome to Tarot Veda Essence! We strive to provide high-quality tarot readings, Vedic astrology (Kundli), numerology, and Vastu consultations. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, we have outlined our refund policy below.

General Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services:
   All our consultations, including tarot readings, Vedic astrology, numerology, and Vastu services, are personalized and time-intensive. Once a session is booked and/or delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. In such cases, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not qualify for rescheduling or a refund.

3. Missed Appointments:

   • If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

   • Exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. Double Payment:

   • If you have been charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment within 7–10 business days after verification.

2. Technical Issues:

   • If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule or refund the amount paid.

Important Notes

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment used during booking.

• Tarot Veda Essence reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, policy violation, or fraudulent claims.
